Anytime an individual,organization,political entity,or nation wishes to destroy the constitution of the United States,it attempts to do so by chipping away at the very foundation of the Constitution piece by piece, line by line, word by word. The primary method of this systematized destruction is implemented by creating a danger, or an illusion of a danger, that is so grave, so severe, so extreme, that unorthodox and unparalleled measures must be adapted to "ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC".
